Uni-Tech offers one-time treatments and recurring maintenance plans. Common options include monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly service. We recommend a plan based on your pest pressure, property type, and tolerance level, especially for scorpions, roaches, and other persistent pests.
What is included in a recurring service plan?
Recurring plans typically include a thorough inspection, perimeter treatment, targeted treatments at key entry points, removal of accessible webs and nests, and interior service as needed. Between scheduled visits, re-service for covered pests is usually included at no extra charge.
